Shipping & Returns

Our return policy is 30 days.

Items are returnable if they are in original condition, however, orders placed using a promo code, discount, or any clearance are final sale and are not returnable.

A 30 day return period is provided for your convenience. 
It is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If not you can expect a prompt courteous refund. All items must be in the same saleable condition when they reach our door as when they reached yours.
Insurance is a good idea because you are responsible for items until they are received at our warehouse.
We love tracking numbers, and hope you do to, they protect both you and us!
Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the initial purchase. 
To offer the best possible service we use a Return Authorization system so that we know to expect your package. 

Items not returned in original, saleable condition are not eligible for refund.

Please email beadwarehouse@eiox.net for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping your return back to us. Thank you.
